研究方向:
腫瘤免疫治療新技術、新靶點,以及相關免疫機制研究,注重學科交叉融合和臨床轉化。
1、免疫細胞調控/重塑新靶點和新機制;
2、放射衍生物和腫瘤免疫治療:通過研究經典的放射生物學效應,對放療産物進行鑒定分析,一方面探索放療免疫增效新機制,另一方面建立系列“間接放療新技術”;
3、通過設計系列抗腫瘤載體平台策略,克服腫瘤免疫抑制性微環境,提高T細胞在腫瘤微環境中的活性,構建個體化腫瘤疫苗。
